• School blazer (in hand at airport)

• Long Johns
• Warm clothing (Wind resistant for Miyazaki)
• Winter clothing (especially Hokkaido)
• Track suit (for activities in school visit)
• Covered shoes/boots
• Woolen cap
• Stationary
• Notebook
• Torchlight
• Pouch for small items
• World card (recommended)
• 3G phone (optional)
• Camera (optional)
• Scarf (optional)
Medical:
• If you have your personal medication, please pack them with full instructions and your name in a zip-loc bag and bring along with you wherever you go. In your hand luggage, ensure there is a set of such medication.
• Bring along your medical history if you have special allergies/ health problems.
Valuables
Do not bring any valuables or jewellery. Do not bring excessive cash.

It is best to change your money in Singapore prior to the trip.
As all essential items will be provided, there is no necessity to bring too much cash. Some cash to purchase souvenirs and food will be sufficient. Note that participants will be required to purchase their own lunch at Haneda Airport for both arrival and return (about Y3000 total).
Hokkaido participants need to bring another Y1000 for the purchase of spike shoes.
Please note that the school and the organizers will not be responsible for any loss of cash and personal belongings.
Electricity
Electricity in Japan is based on 110 V, 60 Hz. The sockets uses flat pins (same as Taiwan). Please get adapters from electrical shops if you need one. Its about $1.50.
